Some sessions are just a little extra special. This was one of those sessions. Davin is my nephew and a senior and he and his family are coming to Texas for Thanksgiving so that was an extra bonus for me and my family. I just love being with them so very much. They really need to live next door.
Session Day
We decided to get the session done at the beginning of their trip so we could relax and have some fun for the rest of the week. Davin is a typical guy and could care less where we do pictures and honestly just wanted to be done as fast as possible. HAHA I can make that happen. I usually can win guys over in the end. I always tell them the faster you smile and move around the sooner we are done.
The Park
We chose Eagle Mountain Park as our first location since it was close to the house and definitely a favorite location. Davin was a good sport and love that he horsed around and we got some funny pictures that really let his personality show. It certainly helped that my oldest, Matthew, came with us for added entertainment.
Downtown Fort Worth
There are a few places downtown that I like and this one was a little off the beaten path but still lots of fun places to shoot at. Matthew came with us for this part too. They were getting a little tired of pictures but we bribed them with ice cream when we were done. This part of Fort Worth has a super yummy place nearby so we stopped there on the way home.
