Newborn photo sessions are definitely my favorite types of sessions. But one thing I love is just getting to know the mamas and daddies that come with these sweet babies. Baby J’s mama was such a joy. She is beautiful and kind and sweet. We had such a wonderful time hanging out. Sessions can usually last 3-4 hours so we definitely had plenty of time to chat and get to know each other.
Session Time
Some babies like to sleep and some do not. It is just part of the business. J was not a sleeper at first but I eventually won out in the end. I usually do. I’m a pretty patient person. LOL I swear I could have photographed him all day long though. Even when he was awake he was content and relaxed. His mama had some great ideas for colors for our session and I have to say I loved his pictures. The colors she picked out where perfect.
Parent pictures are some of my favorites too and I love when mama and daddy want to get in some. Not everyone does and that’s ok too but I do enjoy doing them. Look at J’s parents! You can definitely see where he gets his good looks from. Such a good looking couple.
