I have always said my kids are my worst clients. LOL Sometimes they are. Well they were when they were young but they are getting better then older they get. When I first started my youngest was a newborn. She is eight now and my oldest is a senior in high school. And thankfully Matthew is a good sport when it comes to pictures. I think he secretly likes it although he may never admit it.
Business is ever changing and since we moved down to Fort Worth I decided it was time to refresh my business skills and take some mentoring. I always have room to grow. A gal I know and admire, Anne Adolphson of Click by Anne, came down and spent a few days with me. We covered a mountain of business related goodies and decided to head out for a session. What better subject than my very own senior.
A Special Session
Matthew was more than happy to come out and do some exploring with us. Since we are new to the area I was a little hesitant as to where to go so we just picked a spot and walked around. Honestly I find that fun. I love to explore. Fort Worth has some really unique history and places downtown I can’t wait to shoot at. But for this day we just wandered around the area.
On day two of our “session” I enlisted one of Matthew’s friends to come with us. An adorable girl in looks and personality. We head out for some nature pics at Eagle Mountain Park here in the Saginaw area. The park was so pretty. I think it will look even better once the trees start coming back to life.
Check out some of my favorites. I may have a lot to share. Of course I may be looking with a mother’s eyes versus a photographer’s.
If you are interested in booking a senior session, I would love to chat and get your session date on the books. You can reach me HERE to get things started or get some questions answered.
