There are so many times I hear my baby doesn’t like to be wrapped or never sleeps. Ever. And don’t get me wrong….some times it’s true, some times it’s not. I actually love it when I hear that. Maybe it’s because I take it as some sort of challenge. Weird, right? LOL I am a pretty mellow person by nature and really try to make my studio and environment as relaxed and calm as possible.

Here Comes Baby

So my friend Meg has a baby and brings her over for a session. Now let me say that my friend is seriously one of the most fun people to be around. I love hanging out with her. She is amazing and all we do is laugh when we are together. I really need more of her in my life. Meg tells me, “she never sleeps”. I was like ok. It’ll be good. I had some ideas what I wanted to do for baby T’s session and Meg liked it all which made me happy. I usually start with baby wrapped. It calms them down. Especially if they arrive crying which was happening here. Baby T loved being wrapped and just looked like a little burrito. It is definitely one of my favorite things showing mama and daddy how cute they looked all swaddled up.

Moving On to the Next Set Up

After we did a few set ups baby needed a snack so we took a break and we on to the bean bag. I had the cutest outfit I got from my favorite outfit vendor that I had wanted to use. Since baby T was a bit sensitive to being touched and moved I knew it would be tricky but I figured she would be ok. She rocked it and the outfit was AMAZING!!! I won and could not be happier with the images we got. “See mama she sleeps sometimes!” LOL I loved spending time with Meg and her sweet new daughter.
