Sometimes when you have a gorgeous friend, and she’s pregnant, you just have to kind of tell them, “Look I need you in my portfolio and I have this idea…Interested?” That is kind of what I did with Cami. LOL Thankfully she was. I had Cami come in a couple of times so we could do some shots inside and then again at the park on another day. We did the sessions a month apart too so it was really fun to see her baby bump change over those last few weeks.

Indoor Maternity Session

Our first session was done in my home studio due the weather being a little cool still. I also had her model for me for that special project I was working on. She was the last mama I had in for that project. I was so happy with how the images turned out. (Just got word that I should be able to share all this with you come April 2018). So we moved on to some gorgeous dream lighting and black background for her maternity images. She really looked amazing in all of the dresses she wore.

Time to Head Outside

I had a vision for her outside that I shared with her and she was pretty excited about it. I’m glad too because I had a new dress I wanted her to try out. I was not surprised with how great she looked. The weather was better and we were able to really capture her with that evening sun peeing through the trees. The park near my house is so pretty. I love it. Cami is someone I have known for a while and I am so blessed by her friendship. Not only is she beautiful on the outside but she is beautiful on the inside as well.

Welcome Baby P

Baby P arrived at just the perfect time and I was so excited to meet him. I already completely adore his older brother and sister and I knew this little man would be just as sweet. I was not wrong. This little guy was absolutely adorable and just a joy to have in the studio. I was able to grab tons of gorgeous images. One of my favorite things about the session was hearing his mama just telling me how much she loved the set up and how cute he looked. Hearing my family’s joy over their session really warms my heart. I truly do have the best clients. <3 All of this and being able to hang out with Cami just made this such a special day.
