So when my friend Brittany called me and told me she was pregnant I was over the moon excited for her. You see, she is one of my favorite people and a pretty amazing mama to her littles. I knew that she wanted another baby and I could not think of a better person to have another baby. But then when she called me and told me her sister was pregnant too I was like “hold the phone”!!! I knew that one of my bucket list items was (hopefully) about to come to pass…..to photograph a maternity session with two sisters. I begged her to get her sister on board and she did!! YAY

Getting Ready

I had a clear vision of how I wanted this to look in my head with the dresses picked out and the colors I wanted them to be. This was such an exciting session for me and I had some big things planned. Whelp….living in the Seattle area the weather really decides things for you. Originally I had wanted our session to be down at the lake. It rained. And rained some more. So needless to say our session had to be inside. My vision was slightly changed but I was still excited none the less.

Session Day

When they arrived to my studio I was ready and excited to get started. I had not met Brittany’s sister before and let’s just say she is pretty awesome. Gorgeous and funny just like her sister. We had so much fun hanging out and getting to know each other. I loved our session and was pretty happy with how the images turned out. Bucket list item done! CHECK!!
