It’s always a little extra fun when I am able to photograph a senior from a school that is not the ones my kids attend. LOL I was doing a trade show at the high school and I was doing a drawing for a free session (yes I do those once in a while) and this mom won her son a senior session.
Planning our Session
Brendan attends Richland High School and is a baseball player and wanted to incorporate that into his session. But his school was remodeling the baseball field so we kept having to put off our session date. But once it was all done and finalized, it was really worth the wait.
Session Day
For the first location of our session we decided to head up to Eagle Mountain Park here in Fort Worth. It is really one of my favorite places to hold senior photo shoots. The weather was perfect and not too hot which is always a bonus. No guys are ever super excited for photo sessions but Brendan was such a nice young man.
Sports Portraits
Sports portraits are something I really love to do. I offer them as stand alone sessions for students and as an add-on for seniors with a booked senior session. Since Brendan was a big baseball player we added that to his session. These pictures were so fun to do and really showcased a big part of his high school journey.
After sports pics, we head over to the school and even got some pictures of Brendan with his truck. So moral of the story….if you love your car….bring it to the session and let’s grab a few pics with it!
