Sometimes you just meet a client and think, “wow” this person is gorgeous and I am so lucky to be their photographer. Well I mean I feel pretty lucky with all my clients but this gal was just so sweet.
Being a part of her Journey
Earlier in the Fall of 2023 I was asked to photograph the theatre officers at the local high school. I have for the last few years and everyone is always so awesome. This is how I met Briana. She was a senior and chose me to capture her senior images. We decided that we were going to do a senior session, prom in the spring and cap & gown as well. I love it when that happens. It really makes me feel like I am a part of the journey and get the opportunity to know my clients, which I love.
Session Day
For her senior session we chose the Kimball Art Museum in downtown Fort Worth. I love that place. The architecture outside is so unique and such a fun place for pictures. We might have even got into the water for a quick fun pic. Briana is always so kind and fun and smiling. I loved our session.
Spring is Here
It felt like the year went by so fast and I could not believe spring and graduation was upon us. We did a quick prom session that was cut short due to the rain but Briana looked gorgeous and I loved spending a few minutes with her and her friends. But the icing on our cake of sessions (so to speak) was our cap & gown mini. I felt like this was the grand finale. We got to celebrate the end of a huge era for Briana while looking ahead to graduation. She is off to UT in the fall and I have to say I am a little proud of her and all that she has accomplished.
Check out a few of my favorites from our session.
